Liberia ™ is Gujarat's First largest online books and movie library service with unique features that makes it the right choice for you, with access to over 30,000 books, spread across multiple categories. We have a user-friendly website with a simple-yet-effective search, great rental plans, free delivery and pick-up anywhere in Ahmedabad,Anand,Nadiad and Vadodara and shortly cming up in Surat !

2. How many books & movies do you have in your library?
We have over 30,000 plus books and 5000plus movies in our library, spread across Management & Business, Children, Fiction, Sports, Health, Religion, History & Current Affair, Biographies, Self-Help and Other Non Fiction. We also have books in regional language; we have books in English,Gujarati,Marathi& Hindilanguages.We have movies in Hindi,English,Marathi,Bengali and majority of Gujarati Plays.We plan to expand our collection in Music,National geographic and English TV serials..
3. How many copies of each title do you have in your library?
We carry multiple copies of most titles in our Library, and are constantly upgrading our collection, based on your feedback, your requests, and what's hot and happening in the world of books. We buy more copies of the books depending on the demand for the same by our members. For e.g. we have 100 copies of the book “The Da Vinci Codel” and around 40–50 copies of the books like Krihnayan,TheSecret,The Monk who sold his ferrai,Immortals of Meluha etc.
4. How do I benefit from being a Liberia member?
.You have access to a range of titles rarely seen at your local library. Choose from our wide selection of books - everything from New Releases, Classics, Best Authors, and Best Sellers in various categories & Languages. And, all our books are original releases, so you don't have to deal with shaky prints!
5.What all different types of Plans you have and what will it cost me??
We have 3 differnet plans for retail membership and we customize all corporate plans. The detail of all the retail plans in mentioned below:
SilverPlan: This plan allows you to borrow 100 units(Books+Movies+Plays=100) for a year by paying Rs.3000/ . You can avail 2 units at a time. By paying Rs.300/extra you can avail 3 units at a time, subject to total of 100,and by paying Rs.600 extra u can avail 4 units at a time.This is to facilitate more readers in the family so every one of them gets units of their choice.
Gold Plan: This plan allows you to borrow250 units(Books+Movies+Plays=250) in a span of 2 years by paying Rs.5000/. This plan gives you a bonus of 50 units and saves you some money as well.This plan is very usefull for avid readers and senior citizens.
Preferred Platinum Plan : This plan allows you to borrow 150 units(Books+Movies+Plays=150) in a span of 1 year by paying Rs.7000/-.In this plan you can avail 4 units at a time.The reason why it is called a preffered plan is that ,it includes high value books,prioritydelivery,No queue for any units and much more..
6. How can I pay for my membership?
You can either use Credit card or Debit card and pay for your membership online or, you can pay by cheque in favour of "Suyog Innovative Solutions Pvt.Ltd", payable at Ahmedabad. Our delivery boy will collect the same from you in case of you not having time to do so.
7. Is my credit card data safe?
We use the HDFC Credit Card payment gateway and CC Avenue Debit Card payment gateway. This means that when you opt to pay online, we only connect you to the bank's fully secure payment gateway. Your Credit Card information is held only by the bank and not by Liberia ™. So your Credit Card data is safe. Once your payment is made, we receive confirmation from the bank for the same within 24 hours.
8. Can I hold two accounts with Liberia™ ?
While you cannot hold two accounts with the same email id, you can subscribe again using another legitimate mail Id.
9. Will I be charged more if I am late with the renewals?
No, you won't be charged for making any late payments. But we will not deliver the books to you until you pay your dues.
10. Can I find out when my membership started and how much units I have utilized so far?
Yes. Sign In, visit My Account, and then you can view your history which will incude your start date ,usage and expiry date.
11. How do I upgrade my membership?
You can upgrade your membership only within the first 30 days of your membership start date.
12. I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click the link ‘forgot password?' enter your Login ID and click on “recover password tab”. Your password will be mailed to you.
13. How do I cancel my membership?
Please call on toll free number 1800 233 1818 or send an email email@example.com so that they can process this request.
14. Will I receive a refund if I cancel my membership in the middle of a billing month?
We do not have any refund policy.Refund of only security deposit is been made after deductiong any kind of loss to our products.
15. Can I re-join once I have cancelled my membership?
Yes you can – all you need to do is mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will call you back and get your account processed.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
16. Once I become a member, how soon will I receive my books? And how many will I receive at a time?
Once you register with Liberia ™, use your User ID and Password (which you have received on your registered email id), for complete website access, including browsing and adding books to the queue. However, if you have paid by cheque, books will only be delivered to you once your cheque is realized. We will send you books of your choice within 24 hours of their being added to your request queue. We encourage you to create a wish list of at least ten books. The number of books that you will receive at any given point of time will depend on the eligibility in accordance to your membership plan & the availability of the books.
17. How often do you Deliver Units?
We deliver units between 3pm to 9 pm, 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday (except public holidays). We do not deliver on Sunday.However if you are a Platinum Preffered Member you can have delivery on Sunday as well.
18. How are books sent to me and when will I get them?
Books are delivered at your doorstep either by Liberia ™ personnel or by a representative of our logistics partner. In most cases, you will receive books within 24 hours.
19. Will books be delivered on time?
20. Once I'm done reading the books, how do I return them?
Sign in to your account and schedule a pick-up in “My Account”. For any help call at our Customer Care and request a pick-up at 1800 233 1818
21. How do I return the New Movies which are only given for 24 hours?
You will get a call from our side informing you the time our delivery boy would come to pick up the same.
22. What if the title I want is not available with you in your library?
If any title is not available in our library, you can suggest for the same at the Your Suggestions section on the bottom of our website and fill in the details If it's a running title with any of the publisher, we will procure the book/Movie (Local / Import) and deliver it to you. The time for procurement will vary depending upon the source from where it is to be procured.We do not commit all your suggestions will be procured.
23. How do I know you've received the books I had returned?
When we process the books you have returned,it will be reflected in your My account as returned along with the date and time.
24. Can I return a book directly to your office instead of scheduling a pick- up?
Yes you can any point of time do that.
